Recipe: Disperse dye X % (o.w.f.) Acetic acid PH= 5 – 6 Leveling agent 1-2 g/l 2. Dyeing curve: 130 C Dye & auxi. 40 – 60 mins 80 C after treatment 70 1 C/ min. 50 C 3. After treatment: Hydrosulphite 2 g/l Caustic soda(38 Be)2 ml/l Temperature 70 – 80 C Time 20 mins 二：Thermosol dyeing 1. Padding drying: Disperse dye X %(o.w.f.) Sodium alginate 2 g/l Liquor pick-up 60% Drying temp. 70 – 90 C 2. Thermofixation: Temperature 180 – 220 C Time 90 sec. 3. After treatment: Same as stated High temp. high pressure dyeing 三：Carrier dyeing 1. Recipe: Disperse dye X % (o.w.f.) Acetic acid PH= 5 – 6 Ammonium sulphate 1-2 g/l Carrier agent 2-7 g/l 2. Dyeing curve: 130 C Dye & auxi. 60 – 90 mins 80 C after treatment ?30-45 mins 50 C 3.
